What we make
One woven material, five product lines
Woven vinyl: vinyl-coated yarn woven like a textile, with a polyester core as standard and a fibreglass core where a wider application is needed. Our own colourways and weave patterns are developed in-house, over 20 new patterns a month.

What we solve
What a project needs from a woven vinyl supplier
- Keeping a scheme consistent. One weave and one colour range run from the floor to the wall and on to the furniture, so a project does not need three suppliers to match.
- Matching a colour or a weave. We develop against a colour reference or a sample you send, and produce samples for approval before the order runs.
- Fitting a contract programme. Custom widths and constructions, with the documentation a specifier needs for the file.
- A short window for refurbishment. Stock items ship in as little as 2–3 weeks, with no minimum order quantity.
- Getting the material approved. CE certificates, fire classification, REACH and TVOC data are issued with the order.

How we deliver
From first enquiry to after-sales
- Enquiry. Tell us the application, the quantity in mind and any colour or weave reference.
- Development. We propose a construction and, where needed, develop a weave or colour.
- Sampling. Samples are made to order for approval.
- Production. The order runs at our own production base.
- Inspection and documentation. Rolls are inspected, batch-labelled and documented before dispatch.
- Shipping and after-sales. Documents are issued from Hangzhou, and we stay with the order after delivery. / · after-sales scope
