How we handle the information you send us through texlyweave.com. Last updated 23 September 2026.
In short: we collect only what you type into our enquiry form or send us by email; we use it only to answer you and to send samples or documents; we do not set cookies or run analytics; and we do not sell your data.
1. Who we are

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers texlyweave.com and the enquiry form on it. It does not cover websites we link to, such as our online sample books on FlipHTML5, which are governed by their own policies.
3. What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the enquiry form, we receive the name, company, email address, country, product line and project details you enter. If you email us, we receive your message and your email address.
- Basic technical data. Like every website, our server receives the information your browser sends when it requests a page, typically your IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs for security and to keep the site available.
- What we do not collect. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not profile visitors, and we do not collect more than the above.
4. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and correspond with you about it.
- To send you samples, sample books, specifications or quotations that you ask for.
- To keep records of our business relationship, as commercial law requires.
- To keep the website secure and available (server logs).
Where the law requires a legal basis: we rely on your request and our performance of a contract or steps towards one for enquiries and quotations, our legitimate interest in running and protecting our website for server logs, and your consent where you specifically give it (for example if you ask to be added to a mailing list).
5. Who else handles it
- Our form provider, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the enquiry form message to our mailbox. It processes the submission on our behalf.
- Our hosting provider serves this website and keeps the server logs described above.
- Our email provider stores the correspondence you and we exchange.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in China and in the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
6. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. If that ever changes, this page will be updated and, where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent first.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiry correspondence: kept while we are in contact with you and afterwards for as long as needed for our business records and any legal obligation.
- Server logs: kept for a short period by our hosting provider, for security and troubleshooting.
8. How we protect it
We keep personal information on access-controlled systems, limit it to the people who need it to answer you, and use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You may also withdraw a consent you gave us at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children
Our website and our products are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
