In short: this page sets out the rules for using texlyweave.com, what you may do with our photography and documents, and what happens if information on the site is not precise. How we handle your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by HANGZHOU STRINGWEAVE TEXTILES CO LTD (杭州仕晴纺织品有限公司), trading as DRAGONSHINE (新龙胜), A302, Meidu Plaza, 789 Moganshan Road, Gongshu District, Hangzhou 310011, China. You can reach us at info@dragonshine.net.

2. Accepting these terms

These terms govern your use of texlyweave.com (the “site”) and are legally binding on you. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

3. Using our material

All text, product photography, documents, specifications, logos and trademarks on this site belong to us or to our licensors.

  • You may view, download and print our material to evaluate our products, and share it within your own organisation for a genuine project.
  • You may not resell, republish, redistribute or circulate our material outside your organisation, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
  • You may not remove ownership notices, or use our material to build or populate a competing commercial catalogue or database.
  • Automated bulk downloading of our image or document files is not permitted. Search engines and AI engines are welcome to read and index our public pages in the normal way.

4. Accuracy of the information

  • Woven vinyl is a woven, coated material: shade, texture and weight vary slightly between production batches, and a screen cannot show a true colour match. Please judge from physical samples.
  • Images, weaves and specifications on the site are indicative. Where a specification, price or delivery statement matters for your order, the written confirmation we send you (or the current specification sheet) applies.
  • We may correct, update or withdraw information on the site at any time.

5. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change or withdraw parts of the site, or links to it, without notice.

6. Links to other websites

Our site links to services we use or that hold our material, for example our online sample books and document folders on FlipHTML5. Those sites are not controlled by us: their content, availability and privacy practices are their own, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including lost profit, lost business or lost data) arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Trademarks and brand names

texlyweave®, texlymat®, the DRAGONSHINE name and logo are trademarks of the company. Their unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited. Other product or company names mentioned on the site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Governing law, disputes and arbitration

These terms and all agreements with us are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Zhejiang Sub-Commission (Hangzhou), in accordance with the CIETAC Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from applying to a competent court for interim or conservatory measures.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Earlier versions are kept on file and can be provided on request.
