What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock items have no minimum order quantity: any quantity can be ordered, with a small handling charge on very small quantities. Custom production has a minimum that depends on the collection and specification; we quote per project.
How do I get samples?
Yes. Sample books and A4 swatches are available to qualified distributors and specifiers. Sample orders are prepaid and sent by courier.
What certifications do your products hold?
Products are tested to BS EN ISO 105-B02 and BS EN ISO 105-B04, are REACH compliant (SVHC screening by SGS, report NGBEC2100793807 A01), and carry CE marking; certificates and reports are available on request.
Do you develop custom weaves and colours?
Yes. We develop custom designs, colours and widths in-house.
What is the typical lead time?
Stock items can ship in as little as 2–3 weeks; custom production typically takes 4–6 weeks depending on quantity and specification.
Where are you based and where do you produce?
Our office is in Hangzhou, China, and our production base is in Zhejiang, China.
Can your products be used outdoors?
Yes. texlymat® runners are UV-stabilised and designed for in-and-outdoor use; the woven vinyl surface can be hosed off and left to dry.
How do I clean and maintain the products?
Regular vacuuming or mopping is sufficient; stubborn marks can be removed with a damp cloth. No waxing or specialist treatment is required.
Will the colour vary from roll to roll?
Yes — two-tone yarn and the weave give each roll its own organic marks and tonal variation. This is characteristic of the woven material, not a defect. Please order a sample to see it in your own light.
